One-Steps Level 1(white, orange, yellow belts)
#1: left front stance, with left outer-forearm block, Right reverse punch, Left foot step back parallel close stance with Right foot forward, Right side-kick, 2 step away guarding block.
#2: Left front stance, with Wedge- block, left then right horizontal elbow strikes, Right back leg knee followed by Right back leg front kick, step away guarding block.
#3: Right foot forward middle- stance, Right downward palm block, Right back-fist, slide right foot back parallel close stance, Right hook-kick/round kick combo, 2-step away guarding block.
One- Steps Level 2-5 ( Camo belts and above)
#1: Step forward Left front stance, with Left outer-forearm block, right then left spearhand to eyes, step together Left double sidekick, step back parallel closed stance Right spin heel-kick.
#2: Left outward crescent kick, leave leg up jump right leg front kick, left then right punch, left side-kick, Right spin side-kick
#3: step back Right back stance with Right knife-hand block high, right knife-hand strike to the ribs, Right side-kick, land feet together left front kick, land 45 degree middle stance Right punch, twisting left punch, twisting into front stance Right ridge-hand, swing-away( right reverse round step now facing the 90 degrees), back leg round kick, step together and away.
* For higher ranks, add a jump to the last spin kicks.
#1: Step forward Left front stance, with Left outer-forearm block, right then left spearhand to eyes, step together Left double sidekick, step back parallel closed stance Right spin heel-kick.
#2: Left outward crescent kick, leave leg up jump right leg front kick, left then right punch, left side-kick, Right spin side-kick
